Australia wide, flat rate shipping, added at checkout.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details, as well as an email directly from Iggiruss Designs, to the email address you have specified on your account.
We will normally confirm receipt of your order within one (1) hour of ordering.
We will attempt to have your purchase sent by Australia Post within five (5) business days if in stock. For back orders please allow 3 to 4 weeks for creation and firing of ceramics.
Please allow longer for delivery going to remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship parcels up to 500 gms internationally with Australia Post.
All shipments will be insured against loss and damage. The receiver will be responsible for the international custom/import fee and taxes which vary with every country. Please check with your country’s customs offices and consider the additional costs that might be involved. International shipments of larger parcels will need to be negotiated. Please contact us for enquiries.
RETURNS
We are sure you will love your purchase, however in the unlikely case where you are disappointed, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will take it back.
Cost of return and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refund will be processed when the work is received in good order.
